We are aware of how important email is to your business, and with BEE Pro now being part of your marketing stack, we want to make sure we take time to understand what's working, what could be better, and how your needs are evolving. Quarterly Business Review meetings will help us do just that.
An onboarding meeting with your Personal Account Manager will help us confirm your priorities, address any concerns, suggest industry best practices, and cover the expected timeline for any "to-do" items. Additionally, we'll introduce you to all relevant points of contact in BEE that will help you achieve your goals.
Once you've been onboarded, we will work with you to schedule a training webinar specifically conceived for you and your staff. It will have a tailor-made agenda built around your needs. We will record it, so that you can share it with anyone on your team thats is unable to participate that day.
