Hi, I’m Justine. I’ve spent the last 16 years working in and around SaaS. My career started as a designer and quickly evolved into building and scaling a professional services function. Equal parts creative and data-driven, I love solving problems at the intersection of people and business. I'm a different kind of leader who is allergic to meaningless buzzwords, that easily transitions between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and one who genuinely believes that a fulfilled, calm, and functional team is also a productive and high-performing one.
